Who are zest
Since June 2010, we have been building something exceptional.
Our culture is based on the collaboration of ideas and freedom to innovate. A close team with a strong work ethic breeds excellence, and this is how we deliver consistent results to our clients.
We never want to stop learning, and this drives us to better ourselves and excel at all levels. Our own success and fast growth is the direct consequence of the results we have delivered our client base.
In aligning our goals and ambitions, we remain a cohesive and determined team and get the best out of each other’s skills.
What we do
We’re a passionate supporter of our local community and helping young people to forge a career in digital. In 2015, we coached and trained five students through work experience, helping them to develop a clearer vision of what they want to do in life and what goals they’d like to achieve.
We take on approximately between 4-6 work experience placements each year. Students are aged between 16-19 and benefit from experiencing real-world agency life. They leave with training and experience vital to help kick-start their careers. Many are from Abingdon & Witney College, but have also included Oxford University, Oxford Brookes University, in addition to other educational institutions.
We helped one intern achieve a fantastic job with a reputable agency, and we’ve helped numerous others achieve a perfect start to their careers. We’re still in contact with them all, and we look forward to providing a springboard to many more young people in future.
We believe in
Supporting our local community
We believe in supporting our community, both local and beyond. Here are some of the ways we give back:
Zest Digital supports Victoria’s Promise, a registered cancer charity, with monthly donations. The founder’s own tragic family loss inspired him to set up this charity to help other women through their treatments.
We’re a proud partner of BIMA Digital Day, and volunteer a day each year to a careers talk at a local school. Our last school partner, Wallingford School, was a shortlisted finalist for the 2015 Digital Day Awards – a huge achievement for all the students!
Zest Digital have supported Working Knowledge since 2011 by helping to build up the entrepreneurial skills in students. This Dragon’s Den style event brings the best out of students and teaches valuable career and life skills.
In 2015 we helped to raise over £1500 for Sparks, a charity aimed at medical research for sick children. It’s a well-supported charity that attracts support from some of the biggest names in sport.
