Alex Minchin Named in Cotswold Life “Top 35 Under 35” 2016

Managing Director Alex Minchin has been listed in the Top 35 Entrepreneurs Under 35 award by Cotswold Life Magazine, published in partnership with Lockton Companies and Tayabali Tomlin.

For the second year running, Cotswold Life Business and Professional Magazine has published “35 under 35”, a list of 35 businessmen and women, aged 35 or under and working in the Cotswolds, who excel at what they do.

Each year, suitable candidates are nominated based on their determination, success, and promise within their business areas. We’re thrilled to reveal that our managing director, Alex Minchin, has made 2016’s list of predicted business leaders of the future within the Cotswolds.

What makes “35 under 35” different?

Cotswold Life Magazine’s award is distinguished by its attention to Generation Y, a new wave of dynamic young business people shaped by the world in which they have grown up.

According to Cotswold Life, Generation Y “rely on [their familiarity with technology] to perform their jobs better”. Growing up with the latest devices at their fingertips has nurtured an affinity for technology that they use to better their businesses.

Generation Y are also marked by a different set of workplace expectations. Strictly financial priorities matter less compared to “fewer billable hours, flexibility, and a better work\life balance”. Coupled with a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve, this gives Generation Y businesses a unique sense of culture that creates a different, more human working environment.

Based on the hugely successful response to their 2015 list of top 35 entrepreneurs under 35, Cotswold Life set out again to find a new class to become part of their exclusive club.

“Zest helps our customers to get more customers through online channels, 89% of purchasing decisions start with a search engine. We make sure you’re there.”
